Court Case Presentation Project
This page is the clearinghouse for information related to the course project. Here, you will find your groups, the US Supreme Court case you are to present, the requirements, and a few links that may make things a little easier for you, so that you can produce a fnished product worthy of you.
First, the paper discussing the actual project. This document discusses the actual requirements and mechanics of the project. Reading and understanding it is essential to a successful performance (necessary, not sufficient, however). One correction to the project description: The written part should be near five pages (which is a ‘few’ in certain cultures).
Second, this document provides a guide to briefing cases. While the actual project will be more than just a brief, knowing how to brief a case will be necessary. Read it carefully and thoroughly.
