These first two documents need to be downloaded and read by each member of the class, as the guidelines — fundamental guidelines — for the course are provided therein. At this point, I am assuming that all questions regarding the mechanics of the course and your responsibilities are answered.

The stylesheet explains how to format all papers for this class. All papers that you hand in for credit, except for in-class activities, must adhere to this stylesheet.

This document explain how to brief a US Supreme Court case. It also gives you an example of a briefed case. While you do not absolutely need to read it until after your Spring Break, it would behoove you to read it before you actually start on your presentation.
