Analysis |
ETA is relinquishing their power of intimidation and fear and they are accepting of democracy by working with the governments of Spain and France. ETA members live in fear and want to change that so have been active in peace talks such as at the international conference in San Sebastian with six international personalities. ETA is willing to work with the governments and ideas of democracy to find solutions to prosperity and peace. Rule of law will no longer be the only model of coexistence between the ETA, Spanish and French governments.
