Summary		Students within Chile, have been protesting for the last four months, in order to increase the funds allocated to public education. The Chilean government, and some 25 student organizations have agreed to have talks to come to mutually benefitial agreements.
Analysis		The Chilean government has been running its education system on a shoestring budget for several decades, and this was bound to happen at some time. The fact that both sides are willing to come to the table, means that everyone has the potential to walk away from this ordeal moderately happy.
