Sata wins Presidential Election

Summary |
Michael Sata, of the Patriotic Front party has one the recent Presidential election in Zambia, after a couple of days of strenuous vote counting. This election has been overshadowed by the riots that have ensued which have been caused by a media ban on announcing results. Many are accusing the Movement for Multiparty Democracy of abusing government monies during this election process.

Analysis |
As in any election, power is a main factor in the decision to run. The people of Zambia believe that Michael Sata can create the greatest amount of security for the country, and improve it’s power. Sata will be able to place his own cabinet up, which is another power drawn from being elected into the position of President. An election is the greatest showing of realism because it is one of the most self-interested things a state does.
