Violence on the West Bank

Israeli forces continue to attack Palestinian settlements that are located on the Israeli side of the West Bank. This threatens and uneasy relationship between the two groups that has been ongoing since Israeli became a country.

Throughout their history, the Jewish Israelis and the Muslim Palestinians have never gotten along. There have always been repeated attacks that neither side is willing to admit that they started the attacks. The people are alike in their ethnicity and their way of life, but where they differ is the root of why the attacks start; Religion. The Palestinians believe that the West gave Israel the land that they currently live in was given to them by the west while the Israelis believe that their land was given to them by God. Therein lies the root of the problem, until the two of them can come to some sort of agreement in that they leave out their respective religions while dealing in diplomacy, there will always be conflict between the two.
