The purpose of this homework is to help you get to think about the legislative process.
 

Simply, this project has your group write a bill that needs to get passed by Congress and signed by the president.  

In greater detail, write a bill.  Identify the sponsors.  Identify the appropriate committees (and sub-committees).  Finally, speculate on the chances the bill will get make it into law.
