The purpose of this homework is to help you get to think about the Constitution and its pedigree.
 

Tennessee has decided to withdraw from the Union and form its own country called: The State of Franklin.  Your job is to write a constitution for Franklin.  It needs to reflect the needs of Tennessee.

The presentation of the Constitutions is eliminated from the requirements.

You will hand in to me the actual constitution.
